Carley Sings at State Wrestling

Carley, daughter of Delwyn and Corrine of Ireton, performed the National Anthem at the State Wrestling Tournament Wednesday, Feb. 17. She sung at the 1 p.m. session at the Wells Fargo Event Center in Des Moines. In order to be selected for this honor, students have to send a recording of them singing the National Anthem. The Iowa High School Music Association then selects the best students to sing at the State Athletic Championships. Carley is the student of Mr. Jim Gullikson, West Sioux Vocal Instructor.
